What is a line stripper
Wire stripping machine is a kind of wiring harness processing equipment, wire is mainly used for stripping the outer protective layer, widely used in automotive wiring harness processing, audio processing, scrap wire and cable dismantling and other industries. According to its functional classification, it can be roughly divided into electronic line stripper, coaxial line stripper and waste cable stripper.
Function of wire stripper
(1) electronic wire stripping machine: the electronic wire stripping machine can also be divided into semi-automatic wire stripping machine and automatic wire stripping machine. Automatic wire stripping machine, also known as computer wire stripping machine, generally adopts stepper motor or servo motor drive, through the PLC or microcontroller programming control, automatic work, it can cut the length of the wire in the specified and two head skin, at the same time there are a lot of enhancements models, such as crack a small window, support the middle support of multiconductor twisted wire, support support for wiring, automatic line, with the conductor multilayer insulation layer stripping, etc. Semi-automatic wire stripping machine requires manual operation, it can effectively make up for the automatic wire stripping machine blank, can processing and automatic wire stripping machine can't complete, such as the core of large cable, the sheath of strip line, etc.
(2) coaxial line stripper: coaxial line stripper is specially used for processing signal lines, such as audio line, router antenna, laptop data line, etc. This kind of wire harness generally have 3 layer or multiple layers of protection layer, usually have metal mesh grid layer used for shielding the signal interference, high machining accuracy, almost impossible to finish this kind of wiring harness processing by hand. The coaxial line stripping machine adopts rotary tool head for rotary cutting, which can precisely peel each layer in layers with high precision. It is also divided into semi-automatic and fully automatic models. Semi-automatic coaxial stripper requires manual operation, while automatic coaxial cable stripper can operate fully automatic without manual work.
(3) waste cable stripper: waste cable stripper is a waste wire and cable recovery equipment, which can separate the copper core of the cable from the insulation layer and recycle them separately. It usually USES a blade to cut the wire surface, and then through the roller extrusion, wire skin and copper core are separated. For the thin and scattered waste line, copper rice machine is generally used for processing. Copper rice machine can crush the wire material, and then separate the copper particles from the wire skin by using equipment such as water swing punch.
